Shigeki Tanaka HAKATA Style Arch-Shaped Chef Knives made of Ginsan Stainless Steel

Shigeki Tanaka “HAKATA” knives have a traditional & stylish arched shape, that is said one of the legendary Japanese Santoku knives which were made at Hakata area in Kyushu, JAPAN long time ago.



The blade is made of Ginsan or Silver paper (Gingami) No.3 Steel blades, fine Japanese Steel Company Hitachi’s Special Stainless Steel which makes similar sharpness, edge retention as Carbon Steel.Sharpness, Soft usage feeling and Unparalleled durability with Rust-resistance supported by the experience through long history.
