New Full-Hand-Engraving “Japanese Crane” Art Deba Knives by Sakai Takayuki

New design of Japanese art engraved deba knives by Sakai Takayuki feature beautiful traditional dwawing of Japanese Crane on the blade by full-hand engraving.

The beautiful pictures are carefully hand-engraved by the skilled craftsperson, Kubota-san, who is one of the few art-engraviners with high-quality in Japan.

The blades are made to put soft kitchen knife iron on Yasuki’s traditional Nihonko or Hagane which has been widely used for a very long time in Japan. The material makes extreme sharpness, very good edge holding and high working hardness.
